WHO ARE WE
ECHOES Theatre Troupe is an after-school theatre troupe; educating the youth in underserved communities on life skills, the performing arts, and creative writing.
A fun, innovate, and engaging arts program - ECHOES participants will learn about the arts and academics; all while creating their own original production; confronting life's challenges through storytelling in a constructive and cathartic medium - transformative theatre.
Echoes serves the youth by providing access to the performing arts for all.

THE FRAMEWORK

ACTING
Participants will learn the principles of Acting such as goal setting, conflict resolution, and public speaking; applicable skills for their academic and future professional careers.

MUSIC
Participants will have the opportunity to write, create, and perform original musical compositions.

Writing
Creative Writing is at the core of Echoes; participants will write, edit and perform their own plays, musicals, monologues or spoken word.

LIFE SKILLS
Participants will learn life skills: financial planning, career planning, communication skills, accountability practices, and problem solving.
